First time there, but I’ll be back. Had the borscht and the chicken Kiev, and both were excellent. Looking forward to working my way through some more of their menu.

Drove an hour to try this place. The food was delicious. Everything is made from scratch. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

The food is absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I decided to try this place out after reading the reviews and definitely 5 star everything! We had the chicken Kiev, meat sampler platter, honey and napoleon cake. We also picked up some goodies from the grocery store inside.

Stopped in as they had a few German dishes. Food was not authentic German, but had really good taste. Sourkraut had a sweet garlic taste, with carrots in it... Was different but tasty. Wurst was good, and rather large. The fries are more like grilled potato slices, and pretty decent, could use a bit more seasoning. The schnitzel was a great cut of pork, breaded and pan fried on the light side. Was really good though. The yager gravy on the schnitzel was a brown gravy with small chunks of mushrooms in it. The gravy didn't have much flavor, reminded me of biscuits and gravy type gravy, except brown. Believe it could be spiced up a bit, and salted to taste. All in all, it was a really good dinner, and glad we stopped. Atmosphere was ok... Music playing sounded like an upscale restaurant, but definitely did not appear as such. It was clean, and the staff friendly. Food and atmosphere follows more of a Russian, Ukrainian vibe, and choices. I'm not mad though, thought the portions were good, prices good, service and food were good. We were looking for more German selections, but this was certainly a good find regardless. They do honor veterans as well.

Came on a Saturday at about 3pm and the restaurant was quiet. They have some quiet mood music on which was actually pretty relaxing. The staff was exemplary and answered all of my questions. I had been hankering for some pierogis and found this restaurant! The Ukrainian Borscht was DIVINE! Even my husband who does not like beets at all gave it a taste and then proceeded to eat half my cup! with or without the sour cream was delicious so if you’re watching your dairy don’t worry you’re still getting a great dish! We ordered the dumpling sampler (no photo cuz we chowed down) and everything was delicious! Already feeling full but wanting to try a dessert I got the honey cake of the day and hubby got the caramel crepes. No dish had a crumb to spare! Also they put real whipped cream on the plate vs a cool whip type of cream and that’s major bonus point for me! 10/10 would go again! And the flavors though delicious aren’t too crazy so if you’re picky or sensitive to anything you can still find something delicious and freshly made! Can’t wait to come back!

It was a nice clean place (with peaceful music) to sit and eat with my family. Good authentic Russian food prepared by cooks from Russia. Many Matryoshka Nesting Dolls, and interesting displays of culture.

My husband and I went there last Friday for a date night and it was wonderful! We hadn't been since they remodeled and it is much more open, but still retains its charm. The staff were lovely and we were seated right away. There was a musician playing the accordion and it really set the mood. I had Chicken Kiev which was divine. The chicken was nice and crunchy and had garlic butter oozing out onto fried bread with homemade mashed potatoes and then an extra side of garlic butter. YUM! My husband had the beef stroganoff, and he said it was the best he's ever had. The beef tips were melt-in-your-mouth tender and the sauce was creamy and comforting. I had the hot tea with preserves and it was really great! I love hot tea, but not a big fan of lipton. You could tell this was a european tea, as I couldn't really place the exact flavor, but it wasn't harsh. Adding preserves in the tea sweetened it a little and made it taste like strawberry - definitely recommend! The only thing that made me sad was there were only a few tables filled, and that is a travesty. We also bought a few food items from the small store. It was fun bringing international chocolates back to our kids. I do wish there was a kid's menu of smaller portions of some of the items. Visit this gem!

We had the potatoe pierogi, cabbage rolls, and fried tilapia with grilled vegetables. The pierogi tastes like caramelized onions and was very good. The tilapia was lightly breaded with a great crisp to every bite with dill tartar and the fried fresh vegetables of zucchini, carrots, onions, and bell peppers were superb. We finished our meal off with crepe trio with strawberry preserve, which was the perfect finale to the meal.
